Walz* had a phone and a pen (sound familiar?) but neither brain, character, or spine so he followed the party line and shut down the entire State of Minnesota with nothing more than an uneducated guess about something he knew nothing about ...but the Party gave him his orders, and he followed them.
Along with mask mandates (not to be confused with when Barry and Big Mike go out for dinner), he set up a hotline for people to snitch on social distancing violators and other lockdown scofflaws with penalties up to $1,000 or 90 days in jail (people were in fact arrested and jailed for the crime of leaving their homes/going outside).
