THE Fundamental Question.................from Rico

It boils down to one question:
- The State over the Individual
                       or
- The Individual over the State
          WHICH IS SUPERIOR?

The ancient Greeks debated the point.
- Plato was a Statist.
- Aristotle an Individualist.
WHO DRANK THE HEMLOCK?

Today there seems to be NO debate, an the State is generally assumed by both the left and Right to be dominant.
- Any 'debate' now is "what type of State should control the Individual?"

I think today's "pyramid" [attached] is the Central Banks at the apex, the Corporatocracy above the State, with the Debt Slaves [read: Individuals] at the very bottom.

For clarity:
Statism = Marxism
Individualism = Freedom

Friedrich Nietsche perhaps said it best:
"Everything the State says is a lie and everything it has, it has been stolen."

"Who drank the hemlock?" It was Socrates, a student of Plato, the statist, who drank the Hemlock.
