When a really bad 'joke' of a law is made and enacted by Congressional 'jokers' and then turned into an even bigger 'joke' by a Marxist 'joker' who ...while supposed to uphold the law instead changes-modifies-tweaks the law ignoring Congress...then we have the biggest damned joke of all time. ObamaCare is a Haw-Haw law, in a banana-fueled Marxist regime where there is no longer any rule of law. - It's probably for the best that Lady Liberty and the Constitutional Republic formerly known as the United States are no longer around to see what a travesty and JOKE the 'fundamentally changed' USSA has become today.
