DeLisle Silent Carbine. Made by the Royal Small Arms Factory at Enfield. Mostly a modified SMLE firing .45 ACP, from a M1911A1 pistol magazine.
That's a De Lisle carbine.
That is A Delise in 45acp great fun have used one a lot,a silenced carbine built on An SMLE action using a 45acp barrel used by the commando's in WW 2 for taking out sentrys.

There's some guys out by Lake Tahoe making a similar rifle (and are working on a true DeLisle replica).http://www.specialinterestarms.comOf course you have to live in a free state to own one (that and pay the feds their $200 and all the other hassles involved with NFA items).But for a couple grand it looks like it would be great fun.
