It's interesting to note that people 'vote with their feet' and run away from Blue high tax states [1.CA, 2.NY, 3.IL, 4.NJ, 5.MA are the states losing the most population] and seek shelter in Red low tax states [1.FL, 2.TX, 3.NC, 4.SC, 5.AZ are the states gaining the most population].
