Bullshit. Harris won Virginia, and Virginia has voter ID. Your sources suck.
In Illinois, I was required to produce a driver's license.
I guarantee you that my (red) county in Illinois required you to produce a driver's license which was then scanned. This hasn't happened before. I don't know about the rest of the state.
