Go ahead, put every Haitian in Ohio and every Ohio 'buckeye' in Haiti and see how long it takes the newly repopulated Haiti to become the Paris of the Caribbean (complete with Skyline Chili) and the newly repopulated Ohio to become a Voodoo theme park (complete with cannibalism).
