I've been to the restaurant featured in this post. It's the "Salt Lick" in the boonies outside of Austin, TX. Incredible food and you could bring in your own coolers of adult beverages, since they didn't serve alcohol at the time. The parking lot attendants were all off-duty deputies packing heat, so it was a VERY polite parking experience. 😀
