- The attached Michael Yon piece discusses fast shutter speeds and references Doug Mills. It says a lot more than a casual read reveals. [I used to take 'special' photos using very hot Tri-X film, and in my time with Special Forces could identify calibers, distance and direction (incoming-outgoing) before my hearing went to Hell.]

A reasonable best guess is this is yet another instance of BOHIBA [Bend Over Here Is Barry Again].
Photographer Doug Mills who took the photo of the bullet meant for Trump's head was also the photographer who took the photo of Bush in the classroom on 9/11.
