When you put people in positions for ANY reasons other than merit and competence (any combination of woke nonsense: sex, ancestry, race, sexuality, politics, religion) is incredibly stupid.
It also guarantees that things will stop 'working' the way you've become accustomed to and modern life quickly goes into the toilet...which no longer flushes and overflows. [Think about South Africa and how rapidly it went from a European standard to being unable to provide electricity and clean running water today...and don't get me started on their crime problem.]
