About a decade ago at the urging of my trusted Dr I had my first (and last) Flu shot.
- I got sick from that shot.
- Then I caught the Flu (for the first time).
Not.ever.taking.another.one.
- I'm better off going natural with my innate and uncompromised immune system.
And this year's Flu shot incorporates the harmful and damaging mRNA technology so fuggedaboudid!!!

Same thing happened to me many years ago took the shot made me sick afterwards and I still caught the flu so why You can get it.
Do not trust any of these pharmaceutical companies or doctors pushing any shot or vaccine
Flu shots use to be made from local rotten chicken eggs.
Today they are made in Europe and concocted for Americans.
What a joke our medicine is today.
