It's a frosty mornin' here in Dixie and I'm already tired of Winter though it hasn't really started yet.
On a positive note, it did just inspire me to create EGGS DIXIE:
- Poached eggs on toasted English muffins covered with country sausage gravy.
- A side of grits is optional, but black coffee & chicory is not...it is de rigueur.
