With the food supply chain broken, it didn't take long for retailers to LIMIT fresh meat to 1 or 2 per customer (beef, port, or poultry)...if the customer can find same on the shelves, that is.- Supply/demand you know? [As opposed to central-planning (which worked so well in the former Soviet Union and/or Venezuela)…]
