Economic Extinction Event?.....................from Rico

Is this Beer virus induced economic shut down an economic extinction event?

 

On a MACRO level I do not think so. It's done severe damage already, and will do more, but economic activity will survive...if barely, and in worse shape than anyone living has ever seen.

 

On a MICRO level? For those who were already on thin economic ice, it very well be a financial coup de grace and many will never recover.

 

And a final caveat: When following the masses, remember that the "m" is usually silent...
