The 'World' has a very tough road ahead, with an average IQ of 82. And, George Carlin was speaking to the current morons claiming "it's ALL whitey's fault" when he remarked upon how stupid the average person was...and that half of them were even stupider than that.

- In America, they also tend to vote Democrat (when they're not holding elected office as Democrats, like Illwind Omar (D-MN) from Minnesnowta by way of Somalia...take a look at the average IQ in Somalia, and then her ludicrous behavior representing MN in Congress makes some sense even if she does not.)
