The April-May-June forecast for RAIN in the lower 48 is in addition to the coming snow 'melt' (there's still up to two feet of snow on the ground in the Mid Worst).
Riverfrontage and the Mississippi delta are going to be less 'scenic' and more 'problematic'...
- And the Red River Valley may better resemble Lake Agassiz.
