I suppose the easy quote would be to use Hillary's "What difference does it make?" here...but I prefer Harry S. Truman's:

For anyone unconvinced that Democrats are an unserious lot of 'lightweights' nothing says deep-thinking legislator like a miniskirt and hooker boots as sported by Arizona's new Democrat Senator Sinema. She out-flaked Flake!
- In all fairness, since Dem's are all political whores to Socialism today, the streetwalker look is appropriate.
I can't hardly wait for Moochelle Obama (who not long ago sported classy hooker boots of her own with a shower curtain in public) to 'hear' about this.

Hey, she looks good. Good looking woman and she's got a nice shape. But the outfit is more "hot date night" than office appropriate. Especially when your office is in the highest realms of government. Not respectful to the gravitas of the situation.
