If it was "fair" to treat Kavanaugh that way for unsubstanitated allegations (and ultimately unproven) resulting in another FBI background investigation, I'd say do the same for Congress.
- Go back 40 years and investigate everyone currently sitting in Congress, and everyone who wants to become a member of Congress'

Who are you going to have do those background checks? The FBI? Yeah, I'm sure they'll do those fairly and thoroughly. Or not.
