I suppose some may be tiring of me 'picking on' that Commie rat-bastard Maduro in Venezuela and the horrific inflation that socialist economics produces.
So, how about a break from that discussion, wherein I 'pick on' a different Commie rat-bastard Mugabe in Zimbabwe?
Communist Zimbabwe had the second-worst case of hyper-inflation in recorded history back in 2007-2008.
- Not content being #2, it looks like they are set to repeat their hyper-inflation experiment with their 'new' currency as we close 2017.
In answer to your question, NO they never learn, NO Communism never works, and YES they have a Central Bank that issues fiat currency just like everyone else today.
