Reagan and Zappa on Stupidity [read: politics as usual].................from Rico
In any discussion of the Las Vegas shooting AND the immediate hue and cry by the usual "progressives" for gun control now (never let a good crisis go to waste) we need to start with a quote from Ronaldus Maximus, and end with a quote from Frank Zappa.
"We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions." Ronald Reagan
Now to the politicians [read: career crapweasels] of today:
These people are appallingly stupid, but they are politicians so forgive my obvious redundancy.
- But they do not care, so they have that going for them.
I can see no difference between Nancy Ryan and Paul Pelosi, except she gets regular Botox injections now and his are sometime in the future.
- Both of them are useless nitwits.
Nitwits segues neatly into Hillary Clinton, who ghoulishly wrote an incandescently stupid tweet about the NRA and silencers after the Las Vegas shooting.
- And useless as tits-on-a-boar Ryan actually sided with her, shelving a Bill to expand gun rights.
Hillary, Pelosi, Ryan and most of the rest are criminals and need to be prosecuted for various crimes ranging from 'felony stupid' to 'murder' and 'treason.'
- Not a one of them has as much 'substance' as hydrogen.
So now we conclude with the wisdom of Frank Zappa:
"Some scientists claim that hydrogen, because it is so plentiful, is the basic building block of the universe. I dispute that. I say there is more stupidity than hydrogen, and that is the basic building block of the universe."
- Frank Zappa
