At the perfect intersection of incompetent and incapable, completely unrestrained by common sense or reality, sits Congress today.

 

Demonstrating in real time for their 'constituents' (hahahaha) to 'see' that there is NO space between their hats and their ass, seven RINO's voted with the Democrats (C) effectively saying (a) that they were "perfectly OK" with ObamaCare, and (b) the voters who elected them can just go f**k themselves.
