They are no longer grandpa's GOP any more than the Democrats are.
- The last Democrat worth a damn was JFK, and he was shot; the last Republican worth a tinker's damn was Reagan...and, just like Trump...he was not really a Republican at all, so this narrows it down to Eisenhower being the last of the old GOP.
I still like IKE, JFK too.
- They were the last establishment party politician's that gave a crap about America instead of themselves.
