After dealing with the apparatchiks of Brussels (aka the EU) Nigel Farage knows "loathsome" first-hand, so when he refers to Barry as a "loathsome creature" he knows whereof he speaks.

- The 'context' was that Barry could not 'stand' the British.

 

After other "loathesome" creatures (aka the DNC, or "Ready for Hillary" or performers like Miley Cyrus) really worked at it, enough American voters figured-out that Hillary, too, was a "loathsome creature" and voted Trump.

- The 'context' is that Hillary can not 'stand' Americans.

 

Bottom line?

- Neither the British nor the Americans can 'stand' Barry or Hillary.
