Mel Gibson's 'Hacksaw Ridge'

It's a great, great movie.

A little mushy-gushy here and there (during the first half), but it's based on a true story of heroism and religious faith. Plus, the battle scenes are state-of-the-art for the World War II genre.

Enjoyable all around.

Go see it!
