Full Employment? You jest!...................from Rico

In Western industrial economies 5% unemployment is considered "full employment" by economists.

Having finally stopped laughing at Friday's payroll report which claimed unemployment in the US remained steady at 5%, and taking a deep breath, how about asking the 94 million Americans who are NOT working because they don't have a job?
- The 25,460,000 foreigners who ARE working and have jobs don't get to respond to this question, even if they press #1 for English.

Say 5% unemployment with a straight face why don't you Barry, you asshole?
