Viewers who did not remember this part of history (as well as the fact that Iran also suspended its nuke program in response to Bush 43 toppling Saddam and didn't renew it full-bore until 2007 as we approached the end of Bush 43's administration, and they then went pedal to the medal after Obama's election.
