The world is seeing how Russia "handles" terrorists. Putin and friends are ready to "beat" terrorists by sending their military and 'killing' them.

Barry and fwends, by way of contrast, have an affinity for "fondling" terrorists. While "beating them off" say they 'need to talk' and give this some 'lip service' while considering maybe sending in the color guard (if they can find any time away from celebrating the appointment of the new gay Secretary of the Army).
