The VA's IG (Inspector General) reports that a third of all veterans on the VA 'waiting list' are probably dead. Reminds me of an old lyric from Country Joe MacDonald (a USAF Vietnam Vet btw) ....something about 'filing for disability but not living long enough to get it.'
