The land of Israel has a very long, rich, and unique history. It is the birthplace of a unique nation and culture that has survived so much over many centuries and is still alive and thriving today. During the many years of exile and the diasporas of the Jewish people, there has always remained a Jewish presence in the Jewish homeland and the people never forgot the eternal bond with the land.
