It's hard to choose between Jimmy Carter's many achievements as the formerly worst US President ever (until barry Whomever).

- That he was a Democrat (C) who was pointlessly given the Nobel Prize, and who openly befriended any POS who hated America (like Barry Whomever) is beyond dispute.

 

His greatest achievements include:

- Rubbing, er.....noses with Yasser Arafat?

- Stagflation and the misery index?

- Giving away the Panama Canal?

- Establishing two new and completely useless/ineffective cabinet-level Federal Departments (Energy and Education)?

 

All gifts that keep on giving to this day.

 

This attachment puts his Department of Education neck-and-neck with the Department of Energy for the most "epic failure" of gooberment award.
