And why should his foreign policy legacy differ in substance from his domestic policy "legacy?"

- ObamaCare, racism raised from the dead, ad nauseum. He treats America like a hostile, occupied, state.

 

Setting aside the question of "what kind of world will he leave to Keith Richards?" The term "legacy" implies that there will be something left to inherit.

- A one-sided 'nuclear deal' with Iran is a historic mistake on par with Neville Chamberlain's "peace in our time" deal with Hitler. Be mindful of how THAT worked out.

 

So WTF?

- It is easily explained, not that the MSM or the Regime will bother to tell the truth about it.
