Dear Senator Schumer:
This is not a form letter or the product of a bunch of talking points. This is strictly personal, between me and you.
Before you were my senator, you were my Congressional representative. Which is to say, we go back aways and I know you. I can even remember the day you started your hair transplants and how ridiculous you looked back then. But that is the veneer of politics, the only job you have ever known. And getting ahead in politics is your all-consuming goal.
Unlike many people, I think it's pointless and a waste of time to urge you to speak out against Obama's deal, or to implore you to convince others in your party to do the same. And you won't see me with a placard outside your NYC office either. The outcome is already engraved in stone: you will support your president and party leader - your country, your fellow Jews and Israel be damned!
No, Senator, there's no turning back for you now. You’re locked on target, and there's already a special place in hell reserved for a coward like you.
