Every time we have a mass
shooting that doesn’t involve Chicago or Detroit on a typical Saturday night,
the left trots over to the nearest TV camera and uses the tragedy to politicize
it, and the media wing of the Democrat Party dutifully reports that the “tragedy
has reignited the debate” about gun control in America. Nothing however, could
be further from the truth. Debate involves a two way dialogue discussing actual
facts rather than a one way emotional diatribe. Perhaps it is time for America
to actually engage in serious, organized debate about some of the larger issues
facing our country. (continue reading)
