While this has been happening, the FED (based on the Aldrich Plan) has been using Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Cayman's, and Switzerland to 'continue' roughly $1 trillion of QE per quarter.

 

Simultaneous to this, the Eastern banking system has stopped accumulating US Treasury Bonds and is converting them into physical Gold bullion.
