Making it all better......................from Rico

The government will make it ALL better and will save us from ourselves.
- This according to those for whom more government is better government, and who believe in their progressive hearts that government is the solution to all problems. Not to mention that government really cares a lot about the individual....even more than it cares for itself.

Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight, would say those who do not believe in unicorns or socialism, but are aware that government screws up everything it touches and/or gets involved in.
- Government being the 'problem and not the solution' to badly paraphrase Ronald Reagan.

While the former group are transfixed by the MSM's trumpeting of transJenner Caitlyn nee Bruce's heroism, some of the latter group (who no longer rely upon Barry's media poodles) are paying attention to things NOT being discussed by the (ahem) journalists. Take, for example, the recent SCOTUS decision in the Tibble vs. Edison case.
- The decision allows the government to seize pension and retirement funds IF the fund or plan "underperforms."

Think about this for a moment, then consider:
- The government has imposed a ZIRP environment which guarantees that pensions and retirement funds will "underperform" thus driving investments into risky financial products and derivatives, chasing returns in a 'rigged' financial market.
- When the jig is up, and the financial market collapses, as all Ponzi schemes do, the sheeple will BEG the government to save them and the government will reluctantly take control over the same financial sector it purposely destroyed "for your own good" and your "safety" which sounds ever so much better than "all your money now belong to us." [MyRA was the beta for this effort as surely as Ferguson was the beta for Baltimore and more yet to come.]

This is a perfect plan, especially if you are a spendthrift, broke, and insolvent government badly in need of fresh sources of money.
- The trillions of cash parked in pension and retirement funds are too tempting a target for government to resist, and they mean to steal every penny of it they can.
