When I saw this first attachment, it reminded me of the iconic photo from Normandy Beach that "defined" white male privilege.

Good on Rico for this. It's something I've been howling about for years.
In my Canadian military experience the women who joined gravitated quickly to the supply and clerical trades (or any place with a warm bathroom) and blanched at the suggestion they might go combat arms. And yes, they loved the Chairforce.
