Following yesterday’s announcement by Sen. Ted Cruz that he
was running for President, the left-wing media immediately launched their
attacks, some noting that attendance was mandatory for the students. Needless
to say, their point was that despite the large crowd, support for Cruz is less
than it appeared because it just wouldn’t do for a large number of young people
to actually like a Conservative candidate. While the students were required to
be there (it is school, after-all), there was no requirement to applaud, or to
give him a standing ovation when he made his announcement. (continue reading)
