To prevent Hillary from becoming the next President, we "simply" need to repeal Article 6's Christian test ban by which biblical qualifications, such as the following, were also eliminated:
"Moreover thou shalt provide out of all the people able MEN, such as fear God, MEN of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them, to be rulers...." (Exodus 18:21)
Note, not only would just these few qualifications (only one is required in Hillary's case) prevent Hillary from becoming President, but they would send all of her criminal cronies (women and men, donkeys and elephants alike) packing, as well.
