- What? You haven't heard of it? That's probably because it has Washington and the World Bank scared witless (pardon the redundancy).
Britain joined last week, and the roughly thirty participating members were joined by France, Italy, and Germany this week.
- Australia has said it is considering signing-on.
I suppose Britain and Australia are too polite to tell the US outright "Look, you have $18.1 trillion in official debt, $42 trillion in unfunded liabilities, and you're kind of a jerk....we're dumping you."
- Instead they seem to be using the "it's not you, it's me" approach.
Everyone else, though, seems to be saying "stop being such a dick."
