From skimpy. moldy skool lunches and $1,000 meals, the Mooch has declared epicurean war upon Mac 'n Cheese.

When your gourmet meals are provided by the taxpayer, and prepared by a taxpayer-paid chef....why who the Hell cares about pesky things like the price and convenience of $1 Mac 'n Cheese for the little people?
