When a Democrat (C) uses the word "FREE" what they really mean is "bend over and smile taxpayers" because that's who will be paying for all the free stuff, and not them.
- So in the "progressive" utopia of unicorns and butterfly farts it IS free because it's not THEIR money they are throwing away...it's OPM (other people's money).
