When confronted, the police put it in reverse like lickety-split!
It's pretty sad, actually. Law enforcement backing away after the biggest attack in France since the 1960s. That's leftist law enforcement, mind you. Perhaps some of that will change --- and not just in France.

The only thing missing from this french military action was the white flags. They were still in full retreat.
I can certainly understand Patton's position on the french military.
