The Non-comprehensive Approach to Immigration Reform


As the President prepares to make good on his threat to grant executive amnesty to millions of illegal aliens, various media outlets have begun asking Republicans what their alternative would be. While that would seem to be a fair question, it ignores a couple of very important facts. First, the President has yet to explain exactly what he plans to do and how his actions will solve anything, and it assumes that granting amnesty will magically make the illegal immigration problem go away. That being said, there is absolutely no reason for a Republican to dodge the question, but for the sake of any Republican that needs a little help, I will spell out what needs to be done.       (continue reading)
