Grilled Bleu Burgers..........................from Rico

The weather here is turning. Nights in the high '50's, and if it made it out of the '70's today I'd be surprised.

Perfect grilling weather!

I was in the mood for a "Juicy Lucy" but Matt's in S. Mpls was just too far to drive on the spur of the moment to get one.

Since I had hamburger, a grill, and some Blue Cheese for salads, I made a "Bleu Burger" instead.

- I put the blue cheese in the center of the burger like Matt's makes their "Juicy Lucy"...and with some horse-radish mustard and Sriracha+mayonaise for condiments on a toasted bun I was NOT disappointed one bit.

I need to get all the grilling/smoking 'done' soon as the leaves start to fall and I prepare my escape to Florida to ride out the Winter.
