I have often been heard invoking the phrase that just because you say something, it doesn't make it so. In a perfect example, just because Obama has the title Commander-in-Chief nothing could be further from the truth!
A fact backed-up by the tepid response to his useless rhetoric uttered at the American Legion national convention!
