The “Lunatic Fringe” Has Been Right From The Start.....................from Dan Friedman

At the dawn of the Obama era there was the protective Left and the Polite Right - and way out on the margins were the birthers, conspiracy theorists, etc., who endowed Obama with a murky background and dark intentions for our country and way of life. But that was out of bounds for the D.C. elites of all political stripes. They told themselves Obama may be a little too left for comfort, but it’s nothing the nation hasn’t seen and overcome before. Even I said back then it wasn’t worth pursuing “the occult” because you could never know what’s in a man’s mind.



Of course, the “kooks” were roundly criticized, routinely demonized, and shunted to the fringes. But now, with six years of Obama under our belts, his motives couldn’t be clearer. With a scandal or a debacle as bad or worse than Watergate or Iran-Contra breaking on a daily basis, unless you believe Obama is hapless and dumb as dishwater, it’s obvious that Obama is doing exactly what he pleases. Culminating with his absurd and dangerous entente with Iran, there’s no longer any doubt Obama knows he’s causing our country great harm - and that’s the way he wants it. The man currently running America is a true one of a kind.
