What they don't seem to understand is that dressing in certain ways is a trigger for those men.
Its called threat assessment.
Its not blaming the victim. Its called common sense.
Of course, some triggers could be merely being unescorted while wearing a burqa whereas, other cultures wouldn't blink an eye if she was naked.
Commonsense.
If we truly had a lack of self control, there would be no feminists.
