Boehner? How disingenuous to pretend he could or would 'skeer' Barry with the Constitution...or anything else.

Actually, I cannot believe Boner has ever heard of the Constitution, or its Articles, which exist to limit government.......
The Constitution has been violated so may times by a government that thinks it's a napkin. So who is the enforcer of the Constitution? And when will it be enforced? I'm guessing the only enforcers are "The People" and it's looking like the enforcement is soon to come but only by so few..
