Many still remember when Richard M. Nixon declared "I am NOT a crook" which only served to reinforce the idea in the minds of many that indeed he WAS. The current Liar-in-Chief has made the statement "I am NOT a liar" completely superfluous, since by now only someone as dumb as a wet rock hasn't figured out that this guy only lies when his lips move, or in other words, indeed he IS. This elevates the situation to an entirely new level, since about the only thing he can say today that some people have not yet understood...and badly need to...is "I am NOT a President" because indeed he is NOT.
