For anyone out there worried about the fact that after three-plus years and hundreds of millions of dollars spent to roll-out something as simple as a registration website that failed miserably, please relax.
The President has the same group of incompetent bureaucrats who crashed and burned with the implementation the first time working on the fix. That's the beauty of government!
